XO-Cargo™ for Aesthetic Clinics
A powerful, non-invasive exosome treatment. Clinically proven results without irritation.

The most efficacious aesthetic actives often carry the greatest risk of sensitivity. XO-Cargo™ eliminates that trade-off – clinically proven, dermatologist verified, and designed to perform as a powerful standalone treatment or to complement and amplify in-clinic procedures.

Why Milk Exosomes
Not all exosomes are equal.
Aesthetic clinics are increasingly approached by exosome products – plant-derived (which are not true exosomes), synthetic, and MSC-derived. The differences matter. Milk exosomes are mammalian in origin, sharing the same fundamental biology as human exosomes – structurally compatible in a way plant-derived alternatives cannot replicate. MSC-derived exosomes are already prohibited in cosmetic applications in the EU and US. XO-Cargo™ is neither. It is independently validated, commercially available, and manufactured to a fixed specification from a single auditable US source.
Clinic Supply
XO-Cargo™ clinic-use milk exosomes are supplied lyophilized in individually filled, sterilized vials. They ship with an Activation Serum, which is added to the vial to disperse the exosomes for use — ready for single-treatment and multi-use clinical applications. Available in boxes of 12.

How to use
XO-Cargo™ clinic-use exosomes are prepared for use by adding an XO-Cargo™ Activation Serum to the vial containing XO-Cargo exosomes, shaking gently until fully dispersed, and applying immediately to clean skin. Our team will provide full instructions for use (IFU), training materials and patient support literature.
