In an independent four-arm clinical study, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 — one of the most clinically established peptide combinations in cosmetic formulation — was precision-loaded into an XO-Cargo™ milk exosome at 0.01% w/w inclusion. The standard inclusion rate for this ingredient is 1–3%. At a 100 to 300 times lower dose, results were statistically significant for the improvement in the appearance of skin elasticity at Day 28.
