Every synthetic delivery system is engineered to behave like biology, without being it. XO-Cargo™ exosomes are biology. The body’s own delivery infrastructure, evolved over 300 million years of mammalian evolution to carry cargo with precision and efficiency no engineered system can replicate.

Why Milk?

Ethically sourced from pasture raised cows, milk exosomes have three specific advantages.

  • 01Natural abundance: Bovine milk is one of the richest and most consistent natural exosome sources available, enabling the industrial-scale production that has eluded every other exosome platform.
  • 02Biological compatibility advantage. Bovine milk exosomes share the same fundamental biology as human exosomes – structurally compatible in a way plant-derived and synthetic alternatives cannot replicate.
  • 03Consistency: Human-derived exosomes carry donor variability, regulatory risk and are often challenged by commercial scale. Plant-derived EVs (these are not technically exosomes) lack mammalian biological compatibility. Milk exosomes solve all of these challenges.
