Why Milk Exosomes

Not all exosomes are equal.

Aesthetic clinics are increasingly approached by exosome products – plant-derived (which are not true exosomes), synthetic, and MSC-derived. The differences matter. Milk exosomes are mammalian in origin, sharing the same fundamental biology as human exosomes – structurally compatible in a way plant-derived alternatives cannot replicate. MSC-derived exosomes are already prohibited in cosmetic applications in the EU and US. XO-Cargo™ is neither.
